Professor Anona Armstrong AM

Corporate Board Chair

Professor Anona Armstrong is a consultant, company Director and Professor Emerita at Victoria University, where she was the former Head of the Corporate Governance Research Centre. She has extensive experience as a consultant to government departments and several large private corporations, including as Chair of Assessment panels for VRQA and Chair of the Ministerial Advisory committee for Cemeteries.

Professor Armstrong is a Past President, Fellow and Life member of the Australiasian Evulation Society, and a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Victorian Council of the Institute of Public Administration of Australia.


Professor Michael Stuckey

Member – Corporate Board

Professor Michael Stuckey is the Dean of the College of Law and Justice at Victoria University. In 2019, Professor Stuckey was elected as a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law and in July 2020, he was appointed as a Member of the Legal Services Council’s Admissions Committee.


Professor Stuckey has written many journal articles, chapters in books, and reviewed several books and case notes. He has presented papers and refereed at numerous overseas and Australian conferences as well as giving public lectures, interviews and published various other material in relation to his professional and academic interests. Professor Stuckey has served on many University boards and committees throughout his academic career.

Ms Catherine Robbins

Member – Corporate Board

Catherine is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the public and private sector focused on audit, operational finance, systems development and support. As a qualified project manager she has delivered a range of complex large-scale business and technology programs. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting/Law) and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.


Mr Zubair Dawood

Member – Corporate Board

Zubair Dawood is a Chartered Accountant and Director of ZASH Partners, an accountancy firm. ZASH Partners is a leading firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Tax Agents for both local and foreign inbound businesses. Zubair is personally experienced in board advisory services, tax planning, cash flow, budgeting, tax preparation, risk assessment and internal audit.


Mr Azeezur Rahaman

CEO, Member – Corporate Board

Azeezur, a masters graduate, is the founding Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Southern Cross Education Institute. A Masters graduate, Azeezur Rahaman’s Vocational Educational Training organisation has registration with ASQA and VRQA delivering VCE, Vocational and non-accredited courses.
