Gail Baker

Course Coordinator – Bachelor of Health and Community Services

Gail is an effective leader and manager at all levels of education: ELICOS, Secondary, VET and Higher Education (both domestic and international) holding previous roles as: National Operations Manager; Director of Studies; Associate Director Marketing & Recruitment; National Student Services Manager, Senior Coordinator Academic Services and Education/Social Work Consultant. With a Master’s degree in Social Work, Gail is set to commence studying her PhD come mid-2021.

Christina Elgee

Lecturer – Bachelor of Health and Community Services

Christina Elgee’s professional history was focused largely on equity, sustainability, and social justice in the field of Nursing, before completing a Master of Social work, which hence broadened her scope as an educator.

Elgee is a motivated leader with strong organizational and prioritization abilities, having tutored and lectured for various Australian education providers. Her areas of expertise include public health, social justice, diversity and sexual health.

Dr Geraldene Fleishman 

Lecturer – Bachelor of Health and Community Services

Dr Geraldene Fleishman is an experienced and enthusiastic lecturer in the Health and Community sector, with over 20 years educating in the industry. Dr Fleishman received a PhD from the University of Melbourne. She brings a holistic approach to an otherwise theoretically orientated industry. She is a lead educator with considerable knowledge and practice in contemporary teaching and pedagogy, readily equipping her with the skills to lecture at SCEI-HE.
