SCEI-HE is currently seeking a procedurally driven Enrollment Officer to join our team in Melbourne and extend support to our students. The position is a full-time, permanent role; dedicated to assisting both SCEI and SCEI-HE students and staff throughout the pre and post enrollment process. You will be the first point of contact for students via phone, email, and the students’ portal, dealing with a range of queries or issues. This role provides end to end support throughout the Student journey, tending to matters including cancellations, deferrals and inquiries relating to courses and SCEI / SCEI-HE processes. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar customer facing role, with another education provider.
